Richmond City is
making major renovations in this area and 2013 and 2014 will be exciting years for this neighborhood on the upswing.

Holy Cross Cemetery at the entrance to our neighborhood.
That's just the start of our neighborhood renovations. It will continue
throughout 2013, just two blocks away, with a new mixed-housing community
with single family houses, townhouses, condos and upscale apartments.
The city will continue it's overhaul of our neighborhood in 2013 with the preparation for a National Pro Bicycle Tour
coming right through our neighborhood. Creation of new bike paths, renovations
of roads and sidewalks, and a push to beautify and spruce up the neighborhood yards and homes will only improve our neighborhood.
