INVESTOR RENTAL W/OPTION

THIS OPTION IS DESIGNED FOR INVESTORS!

This is an opportunity for you to Re-Lease/Purchase to your clients for a positive cash flow.

• Option Fee of $7,500 is required.
• 3-year Option Period.
• Rent of $1000 per month.
• Re-Option to your clients for a positive cashflow (potential cash flow is estimated between $200 and $400 based on current Fair Market Rent)
• If purchased at the end of the option period, your option fee will be credited toward the down payment.
• Investors have full access to show property to potential lease option tenant's prior to our agreement.
• Apply your tenant/buyer's option fee to your option fee and with a few more dollars of someone else's money - you'll be cash flowing the first month.
