CANCELLATION POLICY
We never want to see a family have to cancel their special trip. But should that happen
to you, you should be aware of our cancellation policy.
· If you cancel or change your Regular Season
reservation 30 days or more prior to the reservation start date, all deposit and rental fees are non-refundable. However, your reservation may be rescheduled (one time only) within 6 months of your
original check-in date. Any increase in rental rates will apply and there will
be a change fee of $100.00.
· If you fail to
pay your rental fee as required, your reservation is cancelled automatically; there will be no refund or
reschedule; and your dates are released to the public for rental. Should any
of your original dates still be available, you may occupy the premises for any of those dates, provided you pay rental fees
for ALL
RESERVED dates still available or un-rented. Any increase in rental rates will
apply and there will be a flat change fee of $100.00.
· If you cancel or change your reservation
less than 30 days prior to the reservation start date, OR you are canceling or changing reservations for
ANY Holiday, Premiere, or Prime Season dates, all deposit and rental fees are non-refundable and there is no reschedule
available.
· Owner cannot refund money due to circumstances beyond our control including inclement weather and other
natural occurrences. If for any reason the Owner can not honor your reservation,
the maximum recoverable damages paid to you will be the full refund amount of any deposit and/or rental fees already paid
by you.
