ALL DATES THROUGHOUT THE YEAR - $10 Per-Night Discount:    You qualify for this discount if you are a member of the Police Dept,  Fire Dept, EMT,  Teacher,  Nurses, or Active or Retired Military.  You will receive a $10 per-night discount on ANY dates throughout the year with valid ID. 

• We have VACATION BARTERS/EXCHANGES where we will exchange your house for ours for vacations. 
• We have WORK BARTERS where you barter your labor, and/or materials for lodge stays. 
• We have ITEM BARTERS for items that we need such as firewood, farm equipment and tools, and fencing.   
• We have SERVICE BARTERS for major projects where we need skilled professionals such as plumbers, roofers, electricians, carpenters, fencing, excavating and grading etc.
• We have barter opportunities in the following locations:  RICHMOND, NORTHERN VA, AND APPOMATTOX! 

 WORK & SERVICE BARTERS:  When you perform work at The Cheyenne, your stay while you work  is always complimentary. 

For our partners who barter ongoing services, we will be happy to keep a running account open so that you can combine smaller or multiple jobs and enjoy The Cheyenne on the dates of your choice.     

When BARTERING WITH ITEMS you will receive a certificate with a value equal to the item you are trading.  Your certificate can be used for any future dates of your choice or can be used  the same day you deliver the item.

When BARTERING OR EXCHANGING VACATIONS we will trade our vacation home for time at your vacation home - no need to be same dates of travel.  Sunny locations and winter months are preferred for us.
